1. Owe money? Until all bills are up-to-date at Roots Gymnastics and All Stars, you will not be able to return to either facility.
2. Bulletin Board Check out the wall across from the Bathrooms. This a new Company Dancer and Parent Info Center. It is your responsibility to review and keep updated on new postings. We are unable to contact you individually.

Mandatory Competitions - Feb, March and May 2009

There are three mandatory competitions in 2009:

Starbound - Springfield, MA February 6, 7, & 8

Sophisticated Production - Springfield, MA March 28 & 29

Show Stoppers -Hartford, CT. May 1, 2 & 3

There will be a mandatory meeting for parents of all new company dancers on December 14, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. All company parents are encouraged to attend. At this meeting, all of your questions will be answered. I will explain everything from hair to competitions. No children, please.

We will be having several practices during Westfield school vacation weeks. You will receive notice in plenty of time to plan for these practices.

If you do not give us prior notice that you will not be able to attend a practice, a $25.00 fee will be added. These practices will be free of charge and on your teachers own time. So please make sure you give them the respect they deserve.

Every dancer Company dancer is required to purchase an All-Stars leotard (approximately $30.00) and an All-Stars wind suit (approximately $110.00). If the dancer has a wind suit, but has grown out of one piece, we can order that piece separately. It is MANDATORY that the wind suit be worn during all competition award ceremonies and to be used as a cover up at competitions. Leotards and wind suits are to be worn to all conventions. This will show other studios our TEAM SPIRIT. We also take a picture in the leotard and wind suit in the spring. I will be sizing and ordering these in November. Wind suits and leotards need to be paid for before they are ordered.
