Avery Lee began her life as a dancer with Acrobatics at the age of 2. It wasn’t long after that she filled her life with as many styles of dance as she could. By her preteen years she was on the senior dance company at her studio as well as assistant teaching, focusing on Hip-Hop and Acrobatics. Soon thereafter AveryLee was accepted to attend Pioneer Valley Performing Arts with a dual concentration in Dance and Visual Arts. She joined the African dance group and studied Break Dancing, Indian, and Belly dancing as well as all other traditional styles.
Throughout middle school and High School Avery attended many master classes and dance conventions, as well as taking trips to New York to dance at renowned studios such as Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey and attending Dance Master’s of America’s Student Honor Intensive Program at University at Buffalo. During those opportunities she received many scholarships and awards for her performances and attitude. In her travels she has had the honor of working with big names like Travis Wall, Teddy Forance, Derek Mitchell, Napoleon and Tabitha.
