Fred is a seasoned professional dancer hailing from East Hartford, CT. His journey into the world of dance began with a self-taught exploration of hip hop, which eventually evolved into his experiences with various entertainment companies, shows, and masterclasses. Notably, Fred has had the privilege of learning from renowned celebrities such as Omarion, Usher, the cast of the Step-Up movie, and many more.

Freds performances can be seen at exclusive events hosted by Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, and MGM Casinos. He performs alongside international Michael Jackson Impersonator, Joby Rogers, takes on the role of the Rat King in the Hartford Nutcracker, and showcases his talents as a professional dancer for the Boston Celtics.
